The fifth-annual Colorado Mammoth summer lacrosse camp will be held June 27-29, 2017 at the Daniel L. Schaefer Athletic Complex (9750 W. Hampden Ave) in Denver. Boys’ and girls’ sessions will be held simultaneously on adjacent fields, with instruction led by the Mammoth and the world’s top women’s players.
“Campers and their families have asked for a more comprehensive offering, and they’ve requested more camp days and hours,” said Mammoth president & general manager Steve Govett. “This year, we’re adding a box lacrosse component, additional days, and more hours each day.”
The camp, which has sold out in previous years, is increasing from four to six hours (9:00am – 3:00pm) daily. It’s also adding a true beginners’ division for those new to the game, with three hours of instruction each day (9:00am – 12:00pm). No equipment or past playing experience is required at the beginner level.
Players who participate in the full-day camp will receive a pair of complimentary 2018 Mammoth season tickets. Beginners will receive a pair of complimentary three-game packs for next season.
