Number of years on Wild Bunch: Rookie
What is your dance history? I started dance later than most at the age of 12 in an adult tap class. By the time I was 14 I was training in any style available to me and began dancing at a competitive level with my studio. Along with dancing at my studio I was also a part of my high schools Pom Squad. From there I went on to teach and choreograph dance throughout college and was the technique coordinator and captain for my college dance team!
What made you want to audition for the Wild Bunch? I moved to Colorado from Nebraska right after graduation only knowing a few people; I knew going to auditions would be a great way to meet others with a similar passion. I also wanted to take my dancing to the next level with a professional team!
What was the first thing that entered your mind when your number was called to make the team? My mind went blank – I was so shocked and excited that I didn’t know what to think!
What is your favorite style of dance? Lyrical or Sassy Jazz
What do you do to stay in shape? Outside of our team practices and workouts I also take dance classes at a studio and have been getting into Yoga!
Who is your favorite player? Cameron Holding
What are you looking forward to most this season? I’m most looking forward to performing with my teammates in front of so many amazing Mammoth fans – Go Mammoth!!
