Steve,
I'm assuming our guys will be wearing blackout jerseys of their own for the March 8th game. Are these something that will be auctioned off for charity? Or might this become an annual thing?

Any idea if and when we can purchase black jersey at the store? Altitude let the cat out of the bag on TV and there is going to be a mad and confusing rush the day of the game.

Steve,
Since you have been kind enough to field the questions on the other topics today, is this TOP SECRET?!?!

I've been harassing the people at the store and therefore could spread some interesting rumors but would like to know if you have any info?!?

As always, thank you for your time and I appreciate the fact that you interact with the fans.

Look for an announcement in the coming days regarding our efforts with regard to the black out night.

There are several elements that we are contemplating right now, the biggest of which is an auction to benefit one of the many KSE charity partners. Most of our efforts on March 8th will be to benefit a KSE charity.

It is possible that some items MAY be available at the Pepsi Center for purchase on March 8th. I want to be very clear when I stress "may be available", a very limited quantity of merchandise could find its way into the store. This has not been finalized, when it is it will be announced soon.

Sorry for the limited details.

SG

If it's the "be behind the Pepsi Center at 2:30 in the morning on a Thursday night" rumor, the only thing you're going to find is a group of guys in ski masks and Pepsi Center Trading Company work....shirts....

Sonofa.....

Funny how the posts have been pretty dead. Govett answers a question we have all been waiting on and we go nuts. ATTENION MARTKETING STAFF: It appears no one has any interest in a black jersey. I bet you couldn't sell 1k of them in a week.

Was that sarcastic enough?

I can see this being a bit of a test run to gauge interest. If these go over like gangbusters, IÂ’m sure theyÂ’ll be in the store for next year.
If would be a wasted opportunity (as well as wasted revenue) if there is a high demand and they donÂ’t produce more.

Heck, just look at how well PortlandÂ’s PJ jersey is doing.

this is a huge loss of money for the mammoth and the pepsi center if they dont make enough jerseys for the public.

Sometimes things like this are outside of a company's control. If their distributor is an issue, then its not the Mammoth's fault. Look at when Reebok first took over production. We didn't have replica jerseys available to us until the season was practically over.

Naw, they’re too busy pushing on the door to the stairs when it says “pull”.

Disclaimer: Just joking. I respect the hell out of what our armed forces do; theyÂ’ve got more balls than I do.
