A long time friend from my days up in the hills is having a hard time logging into this Forum so he asked me to post this for him.

I didn't realize that you had such a history with the Wings. So the question I have for you is If you get more excited for or want to win the game against the Wings more than any of the other games. Do you have any side bets with current wings coach/ management. (just beers after the games obviously)

I can't wait for Fridays game its going to be GREAT!!!

I will always have a very special place in my heart for the Philadelphia Wings. I had the great pleasure of winning three championships with the Wings including the very first NLL championship on a Tuesday night in Baltimore in 1998. I have great relationships from those days with players, coaches, management and ownership. Mike French and Russ Cline gave me my start as a General Manager and new Hall of Famer Tony Resch was once a co-coach for the Mammoth. Going back to Philly is always like going home

It has pained me to watch them miss the playoffs for the last few years and I am thrilled that the Wings are back on the positive side of the win column this season so far. Dave Huntley is a very close personal friend and a very good coach, he was with me in Washington and has a Colorado Mammoth ring as a scout for this team over the last 5 years.

With all that being said, of course I want to win this game, and of course there are always some friendly dinners riding on it. Bragging rights are the biggest thing up for grabs!!

In all honesty, nothing would give me greater pleasure than to host the Wings in May in the championship game here in Denver, in order to get that, it starts with our next game. And holy cow, its against the Wings, I guess we need to get this one to work towards the next one.
