I like to see Coach Gary Gait out there also participating in the signing area after the games. This season it seems that there are only but a few players willing to participate.

Gary feels that his place is now to allow the next generation of players to take the spot light. He was a faithful participant as a player and spent countless hours signing autographs at post game sessions, his thoughts now are on game preparations and media responsibilites. He can always be found in the Blue Sky Grill if someone is still interested in an autograph there.

All of our players are encouraged to participate in the autograph sessions, and most are very obliging. Many times there are issues that the players are forced to deal with, injuries being the main concern, media responsibilites for interviews are also a focus. Sometimes the guys are just plain tired and want to sit in the locker room and catch their breath.

Last game we were going to give the players a night off in order to get the junior Mammoth a chance to play earlier in the evening but then changed our mind and decided to have a limited autograph session instead.

Moving forward we are asking our players to rotate through so one game you will get the half the guys and the next game you will get the other half. This is our comprimise with the guys to keep them excited about getting out there to see the fans even after a very hard fought battle.
