Hey Steve:
Talk about a tough loss this past weekend. I can only imagine you did what you had to do, to put together a team that would be playoff worthy and competitive on the floor. Now with the season over...I had some questions.
1) How many draft picks do we have?? Do we still have a first round pick? Are you looking for a scorer or a transition player? Perhaps trade the draft picks for more established players?
2) The status of Jamie Lincoln? Does Calgary own his rights or is he available in the draft?
3) The status of the Calgary franchise..will they be playing in 2011? Does the league have a plan? I am wondering if anyone has spoken to investor Bill Yulil, who owns the WHL Everett Silvertips. I think he could be a solid owner and fill the seats in Calgary.
4) The state of the league..how will the league look in 2011, it looks like several teams had their attendance decline this year.
