Someone sent me a private video on vimeo that I would like to download. Does anyone know how to do this? I've googled it but can't seem to come up with anything. I have the link and the password to access it.

I've tried that. I think because it's set to private it wont work. I keep getting an error that says no video at link, but there clearly is because I'm watching it!
