I received a call from Steve at 3:30 today to specifically make sure that all of my needs have been met, and my tickets will be waiting for me. I really appreciate this, there is no way that any other team would have done this. See you all and my 15 friends on 2/20. Go Mammoth!

Hello I'm writing today to talk to you about an experience I've recently had purchasing single game tickets. I have been a long time Mammoth fan and supporter. Due to my nature of work I am unable to commit to season tickets however, I've still managed to purchase tickets and attend every single home game in the last 3 years. I'm writing to speak with you about an experience that I had specifically involving mammoth staff as opposed to tickethorse, or other 3rd party ticketing. This incident that has been drawn out over a couple of weeks, and has left in extremely sour taste in my mouth.
