When was the league going to tell the fans that there was a strike with the refs? I feel that it is a big deal that we were left in the dark on that issue/

it was told to the fans. thats why there are only two refs this year instead of 3. nllinsider.com is a great place to get information like this.

I think your information is a little misleading, there was never a "strike" of the officials. It has been covered significantly by the NLL media experts. There was a release prepared by the League, that outlined the position and the actions taken.

I guess my question back to you Hobie would be, how would you like the League to communicate with you in this instance??

Many officials chose to participate in the NLL this season and sign their contracts. There are certainly adjustments that the League and the Teams are enduring, but nothing that is insurmountable.

Honestly, through the course of the early season, I have been satified with the officiating. Nothing goes your way every time.
