Is there anyway that you can get the tech staff to crank up the ref's mic? None of his explinations on any of the calls could be heard.

We can look into it. The mic feed is supposed to be for television and the building itself but sometimes it is difficult to match the levels.

The other issue we have is that the officials sometimes don't know how to use the machine as effectively as possible.

Another challenge is the sheer noise in the building. They wear the mic under their uniform and picking up their voices is sometimes difficult.

We are the only building in the NLL to use the feature and are trying to make it as fan friendly as possible. We will continue to work on it.
