Mr. Govett,

I went through the 2009 rule book. I see nothing in there about video replay and review. Am I missing something? Fans have always complained about the refs. After reading last years rule book cover to cover it seems the book is part of the problem. Is this just another instance of that? Is the rule book given to refs, players and coaches different then the one on the website? If not, where are these "rules"?

In addition to the rule book we have what is known as the "Case Book", the League By-Laws and League Regulations. All three can have a bearing on the game and how things are done in addition to the Rule Book.

Instant replay is addressed outside of the rule book in our League by Laws, these are widely distributed among our teams, coaches, GMs and referees.
