Colorado Mammoth Message Board

I live in Colorado Springs and every Altitude II Mammoth game we are to receive we get the same runaround from Comcast when we call. How can a Tar-Pit member get his Mammoth "fix" when I can't get the game? We end up watching the game on blurry B2...but better than nothing....Help me out...please call Comcast and complain.

PS: The people we talk to say it's "contractual issues"....Is that true or a convenient excuse.

I certainly apologize for your issues with television. While I don't pretend to be a television expert, I do know that when we have our games on Altitude II, DirecTV is able to clear an entire channel for the games. I know this because this is what I have. Now when those games are put on Comcast there is a contractual agreement, while I am not privy to those contract, I can only say that "contractual issues" may very well be a legitimate issue.

I know that we are working on making our television coverage better and better all the time. 12 of our 16 games will be televised this season and that is the best coverage ever.

Please be patient with the process, we hope to continue to make all of our fans and television partners happy with continued dedication to excellence on TV. We will continue to look into the issue for a solid remedy.
