Hello,

I find it very disappointing that the facility does not support the Mammoth team and fans enough to provide the courtesy of broadcasting the lacrosse game in progress.

At every sporting facility IÂ’ve ever been to, the majority of TV feeds and all audio feeds within the public facility broadcast that same game in progress. Imagine my surprise and frustration when at the Mammoth game on 12/29 the game-tying goal was scored during while I was outside the seating area and I could neither see the replay nor hear the announcements.

What was on the broadcasts instead? Football.

17,800+ Mammoth fans in attendance (and consistently high-end attendance numbers season to season compared to the rest of the NLL) and yet Kroenke Sports Enterprises still feels that we fans would rather see/hear a football game when not seated? Ridiculous!

I have already sent this complaint off to the Pepsi Center contact e-mail, but what additional steps might we fans take to be able to see/hear the game in progress at Pepsi Center when attending a Mammoth game?

Thanks!
Becca

The Mammoth game WAS on most of the TV's, however that was a pretty monumental football game. Not to say anything negative about you, but if you don't want to miss the game don't leave your seat while it's in play.

Perfectly normal, to see coverage of other sports on the TV's. That was an important game. I see the same thing at avs and nuggets games.

Sometimes one just has to leave their seat when they have to leave their seat. Would a puddle-filled seat be preferable? I think not.

I understand that often other games are broadcast, but typically the majority of the TVs are the game in progress. For the record though, in our area on the club level there was a grand total of 1 TV and it had football. I am not so concerned about the TV broadcast, though I'd certainly personally prefer to see the Mammoth game on all TVs.

I am however extremely riled up about the audio broadcast being anything but the game in progress at the facility, be that a Mammoth game, Avalanche, Nuggets, Crush, whatever. Regardless of how "monumental" another game is to some, the fans have paid to BE at the game in progress and should not be penalized for having to "use the facilities".

{lol} I never said the TV was in the restroom. The TV I could see was on my way to/from.

The audio however is fed into the restrooms and the concourse. Pity that it was the football game and not the Mammoth game.

Take no offense to this whatsoever....but, why don't you go to the restroom during the breaks? :?

This is a very good question. I do know that the staff in house has been informed to keep most of the stations on Altitude while games are on, radio as well. As this was the first game of the season, you just never know if the wires got crossed and it didn't happen.

I am sure that there were plenty of people that were interested in the Patriots game. I can certainly appreciate that, it was after all, a very monumental occasion in sports. I have no problem with people wanting to take a peek!!

And lets face it, as long as people care enough to attend our games, I am happy. I am glad they didn't stay home to watch the football game instead of coming to see the Mammoth!
