Getting a social worker to come into class and observe a little girl you've been worried about, and having said social worker be very worried and finally get her the help she needs!!!!!!!

Nice. Did you have any influence regarding getting the Social Worker to pay a visit and observe?

Teachers need to do that when it becomes necessary.
