I received a note from a friend that works for a major insurance company with a Pepsi Cente website where discounted seats are available for Mammoth games. Wonderful idea to get the seats filled! As a season ticket holder, it's a tad dissapointing that they'll pay less per seat than I do, but I can accept that.

One way to maybe get more from your season ticket holders who sit up high like we do would be to send them out a similar email, offering them the chance to upgrade their seats for the last two games for the difference in price. I sat in 108 for the Globetrotters, and considered calling and upgrading. An offer that came directly from the Mammoth that said for $x more per seat I could check out the lower level might not only encourage me to upgrade for the final two games, it might convince me I needed to have those seats next year when I renew.

Another issue I have as a season ticket holder, is that we can't get the promotional items that come around for game by game ticket buyers. For example, if you purchased tickets on the upper level to the All Star Game. you received a "Special Edition ASG T-Shirt". When I called to purchase my lower level seats (More Expensive) I was told that the shirt was not included.

So much for Rewarding the Season Ticket holders.

I purchased two additional seats for the ASG on the upper level and I didn't get any "Special Edition ASG T-Shirt"s. Plus my season tickets are on the upper level, so where are my shirts?

That's all true, but keep in mind your season ticket price is less than the price others pay at the window for single games. Plus, tons of other benefits for STH.

Yes we do get 15% off regular priced items in the stores, and yes we get a Season Ticket Holder Gift each year. But anyone who was at the ASG festivities was able to get (win) a free dart board.

I am only saying that STH should be able to take advantage of some of these special's sometimes. (No I don't need a Arby's sandwich and drink).
