Steve, I have been keeping an eye on the NLL site, waiting for this year's Media Guide and Rulebook to show up, but so far to no avail.

Beyond the addition of instant replay, are there any other major rule changes that we should be aware of for this season?

One thing that has come to mind is that I don't think I've seen a single illegal pick call, and there were a number of times in those games with Portland where that call would've been warranted.

You can look for the rulebook to be posted on line soon.

Instant replay was the biggest change to the rule book for the current season. We are beginning to feel comfortable with the rules and the way they are written. The League is attempting to focus attention on their interpretation and execution in an effort to provide a more consitent product.

I thought I say a great deal of moving picks allowed as well, sometimes you have a referee crew that will let interpret things differently during specific games. Hopefully at least it is consistent for both teams.

Asking NLL refs to be consistent is a bit of a tall order, I think...
