Hi Steve,

How concerned should I be that the Mammoth organization also compromised my personal financial information?

I thought about calling the organization, but I'm tired of the canned responses whenever I call for anything.

Also, (a side question) what type of checks and balances are utilized when securing personal information? I've never been to an Outlaws game and have little desire to even attend an Outlaws game, but does the same staff that run the Mammoth also run the Outlaws? If you can't tell by now, I know literally nothing about the Outlaws. Thanks again for your time.

On behalf of Kroenke Sports Enterprises and the Colorado Mammoth we would like to apologize for the inconvenience or concerns you may have experienced this past week regarding unsolicited phone calls from another group regarding season ticket sales to another product. We have reason to believe that the integrity of the Mammoth season ticket holder list has been compromised. Our organization is actively investigating this situation and will employ every means necessary to ensure this does not happen again.

We want to provide all assurances to you as season ticket holders of the Colorado Mammoth, that Kroenke Sports Enterprises does not sell or distribute personal information provided to us by our season ticket holders. We value and appreciate your support. As in the past, it is our commitment to you that we will continue to provide outstanding service and professionalism to our fans today, and for many years to come. Once again, we apologize and thank you for your understanding. Go Mammoth!

I think the confusing thing for me is that I haven't held season tixs for two years. But I still got the SG e-mail (not to complain, I always love hearing from you, Steve), and I got the Outlaws call/e-mail.

No the outlaws are a product of the MLL which is a completely separate operation from the NLL, the difference being Kroenke owned(NLL) vs. Bowling owned (MLL) that's why this whole thing seems confusing.

As said in the email, personal contact information may have been comprimised. We have no reason to beleive that any credit card or personal financial information was comprimised at all.

All we have heard about are names, telephone numbers and email addresses. We are actively investigating and apologize for the confusion. If there is reason to be concerned we will contact all our season ticket holders again.

Thank you for your patience.

SG

That's my point. If they got our personal information (name/address/etc) it raises a red flag that it might not be too difficult to get our financial stuff. Hopefully the organization is VERY PCI compliant.
