COLTON CLARK PLAYING IN MEMORY OF COLLEGE ROOMMATE’S FATHER
Former first-round draft pick Colton Clark is fresh off one of his best games as a professional. The 23-year-old had eight loose balls in a solid defensive effort in Colorado’s 10-9 win over Vancouver on Saturday.
Come March 8, on ‘Lacrosse Out Cancer’ Night, the British Columbia native will honor the parent of someone he grew close to during his years at Bellarmine University.
“My college roommate, Shane Andersen, just lost his father, Gary, in December after a very lengthy battle with prostate cancer,” said Clark.
Clark’s jersey, featuring the light-blue ‘Lacrosse Out’ Prostate Cancer ribbon, is now in a 24-hour auction on eBay. The auction ends this Wed., Feb. 12 at 3:30pm MT. Click here or search keywords “Mammoth Lacrosse Out Cancer”.
