Granted this is a part time sport and the player must be willing to travel. But how can your 3rd leading scorer (Brian Langtry) and arguably the best face-off man in the league (Man Cub) not be on the protected list?
P.S. Cant wait for the outdoor game! |

Because ManCub is on the verge of retirement and Langtry is a ball hog who takes too many careless shots. Does the playoff OT game sound familiar? _________________ 2006 NLL CHAMPIONS!!!! |

| Sounds TERRIBLE to me. Yes, there are times when Langtry disappears but there are other times he is simply unstoppable. Catton and Coyle are older than Hanford, and he has proven to be incredibly valuable with the way he controls possessions. If the Mammoth had been better at controlling the draws he "won" last year, his official faceoff percentage would have been higher. Plus, he is a tough and mean SOB with an edge. I hope he has SEVERAL more good years left. It would be much better if they were with the Mammoth than Boston. Why Langtry and Hanford are unprotected, even Levis, is not explainable. Especially when you protect guys like Taylor, Leveque, Carlson and the penalty box furniture known as Moss. I'd really like to hear Mr. Govett explain this one. I guess in about an hour we'll know which Boston franchise cornerstone they've robbed from the Mammoth. |

Well, that was certainly interesting.
Boston drafted Langtry, then traded him back to us for Morris (6th round Entry Draft pick last year) and Cittadino (5th round Entry Draft pick last year). |

| Why do I have a feeling that all of what happened yesterday was planned out a month ago? |

I had absolutely no prior Knowledge. Things just did not make sense. So the brain came up with the only logical explanation.
As far as our other trade, there is no Logic in Philly, So I am screwed. _________________ I knew all the rules but the rules did not know me |
