Mammoth forward Dan Carey has won the NLL's 2008 Sportsmanship Award.

CAREY WINS NLL SPORTSMANSHIP AWARD

The NLL announced on Monday that Mammoth forward Dan Carey has won the league’s 2008 Sportsmanship Award.

Carey tallied 22 goals and 27 assists in 11 games this season before suffering a season-ending injury. The 26-year-old won the NLL championship with Colorado in 2006 after being named to the league’s All-Rookie team. He has appeared in the NLL All-Star Game in each of his three seasons.
